Refund policy

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on our website.  We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice whenever deemed necessary and to use our discretion for any final decisions as applicable.

We have a 30-day return policy with a 30% restocking fee;  which means you have 30 business days from the original order date to request a return.  We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges for items that had an incorrect customer provided shipping address.  If you provide the wrong address, and your item is returned to us by the mail carrier, we will reship it to you. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@justniftygifts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and we are not responsible for damage or additional costs incurred due to the rejection.

Once everything is complete, we will process your refund which should take 3-5 business days to process through your bank.

Please include your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number)

Cancellation of Order

All of our products are printed on demand, at the request of the specific customer order.  Therefore, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 6 hours after purchase.  Special orders for personalized items cannot be canceled or modified at all.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Contact us via email at info@justniftygifts.com. within three business days of receipt of the damaged or incorrect item.  You will need to provide pictures of the damaged or incorrect item to start the replacement process.

If your tracking number states your order was delivered, but you state that you did not receive it, we have to rely on the tracking number.  We would require you to provide a claim ID from the local post office and validate it, as soon as the review is complete, we will send a replacement item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

The design of personalized items cannot be adjusted after the order is successfully finalized.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the product received, we will do our best to make it right.  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us via email at info@justniftygifts.com.  If the item is received defective of the incorrect items was shipped due to manufacturer error, we will send you a replacement item.  You may need to return the wrong item with a prepaid shipping label.  You will need to provide pictures of the damaged or incorrect item to start the replacement process.

Warranty

Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts for 30 days from the date of the delivery based on the tracking number.  No item will be refunded or replaced unfortunately after 60 business days from the initial date of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. ALL returned items must be returned in its original packaging and condition and also within 15 days of the delivery date.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
