Shipping policy

Please review the delivery timeline that will be provided at checkout as the delivery timeline for your product.

As soon as the order is received, we will process your item in 2-3 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

If your order hasn't arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our team at justniftygifts@outlook.com.

If you provide the wrong address, and your item is returned to us by the mail carrier, we will reship it to you.

Items that are not as we described in our listing and items that are received defective, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item.  Please contact us prior to returning or the item will be rejected.
